Chef Larry takes the time to ask a lot of questions, most of which our on my contact page.
This is to acquire all the details about you and your guests. Particular styles of food, different ethnic foods, certain ways the meals need to be prepared to accommodate dietary needs and restrictions. Also paying attention to “ALLERGIES” to keep those family members and guests safe.

In menu design we gather nothing but the finest quality available to assure your satisfaction, from Black Angus beef, the freshest poultry and pork, to Seafood, delivered fresh.

Chef Larry also has local bakers for those fresh breads, and baked goods for your event. Gluten free is also an option.

Last, but not least, Chef Larry offers up Vegetarian and vegan style meals

Can custom menus be altered?

When designing your custom menu, and you need or want to change certain items. For example, if you want a vegetable from menu 1, to replace the vegetable in menu three you like the most, this is an easy fix. These adjustments are just a phone call away from Executive Chef Larry.

Let’s talk about your venue options

Venue is very important, whether you’re hosting an event in your private home or a rented vacation home. Also, there are venues locally that rent out their location, and this is something I can help arrange. Sometimes events are held in our State Parks. This is something that I can help assist you with.
Several things that might be a need or requirement to use these venues are things that I am aware of and will save you time. Such as: Linens, tables, chairs ,tent, porta potties, with hand washing station, cooler trailer to accommodate cold storage for many things, to assure that the prepared food to be held at a certain temperature, beer, wine, flowers, bottled water.

I also have access to service staff, bar Tenders, musicians, Murder Mystery companies, Magicians Wine consultants, and more
